Two-dimensional PE-foam parts are punched in any shape and material thickness between 1 and approx. 50 mm.
A wide range of seals and insulations as well as floating belts etc. can be produced. The die-cut products can be fitted with adhesive surfaces if required.
This process developed by Junkerwerk enables the production of 3-dimensional moulded parts in almost any design. A wide range of colours and material densities can be used.
Ideal for manufacturing products with a 3D shape and consistent wall thickness of approx. 1-10 mm.
Our tool determines the desired shape. Vacuum pulls the heated PE-foam onto the tool. Ideal for sealing and insulating large areas. Optionally, they can be welded or fitted with adhesive.
